Your assessment information
The Care Sector First Aid Needs Calculator is provided by PRISM Star Training to help organisations plan training and first-aid arrangements.
What is recorded
When you choose “Calculate & save plan”, we record the organisation or service name, care setting, staff numbers, working arrangements, selected care risk areas and TDDI answer. We also store the generated report, time of submission, reference and calculation rule version. Please do not enter names or information about individual staff or people receiving care.
How it is used
We use this information to provide and retain your assessment record. Submitting an assessment does not sign you up for marketing. Reports are not publicly searchable. You can print or save your report as a PDF before leaving the page; there is no public report retrieval facility.
Cookies and security
An essential session cookie keeps the assessment request secure and prevents duplicate submissions. A keyed hash of your network address is used briefly to limit abusive requests; the calculator does not store your raw IP address in its audit tables. Standard website hosting logs are covered by the main privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Assessment records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Network rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion after two days. Downloaded copies are under your control. If you need access, correction or deletion, contact PRISM with the report reference and organisation name so we can verify the request.
