Nationwide training.
Built around your team.

Health, social care, first aid and workplace training across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Bring practical learning to your organisation, plan training across several services, or join us at our Maidstone centre. Tell us where your team works and what they need to achieve — we’ll help you choose suitable courses and agree the delivery.

Practical learning, wherever your service is based.

Training at your organisation

Discuss delivery at your workplace or a suitable local venue. We agree learner numbers, practical facilities and dates around your chosen course.

Connected programmes

Bring induction, refreshers and specialist learning into a programme for one service or several locations. Start with the needs of your people and your training matrix.

The right format

Explore face-to-face courses and live online learning where offered. Practical subjects need the right setting and equipment; we’ll confirm what works for your course.

WHY TRAIN WITH PRISM?

We understand the service behind the training request.

All three PRISM directors continue to work in social care. Together, we lead residential care, domiciliary care and supported living services. That experience shapes relevant learning and honest conversations about staff time, cover and budgets.

Whether you need first aid, safeguarding, Oliver McGowan training, workplace safety or a wider care programme, start with our course directory. Course content and delivery must suit the responsibilities of your staff and the requirements applying where your service operates.

Planning nationwide training

Do you only train in Kent?

No. PRISM is a nationwide training provider serving organisations across the UK. Our training centre is at 11 Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DY. We also arrange delivery for teams in their own area.

Can you support more than one service or location?

Yes. Tell us about the locations, team sizes and subjects involved. We can discuss a coordinated programme and agree how training will be delivered at each location.

Can I book an individual place?

Our open courses show scheduled dates and venues for individual bookings. For group training in your area, contact our team or book a planning meeting.

What should we prepare before a meeting?

Bring your training matrix if you have one, the subjects you need, learner numbers, service postcodes, preferred dates and any accessibility or practical requirements. Our social care training pathway can help you start. Adult services in England can also use our free Social Care First Aid Calculator.
