Health & Safety, Infection Control & Manual Handling — Train the Trainer Bundle

Build your organisation’s capacity to deliver three connected areas of safer working practice through one combined trainer programme.

The bundle includes the Level 2 RQF awards in Health and Safety in the Workplace and Manual Handling — Principles and Practice, infection-control content and assessed teaching practice. Participants explore session planning, inclusive delivery and assessment, then practise teaching and receive individual feedback.

Flexible Delivery to Suit Your Organisation

Duration: 3 days (18 contact hours, excluding breaks).

Trainer-led learning combines subject knowledge, discussion, teaching practice and individual feedback. Contact us to discuss the experience of your participants, access needs and delivery arrangements.

• Day 1: Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF), including assessment (6 contact hours)
• Day 2: Level 2 Manual Handling (RQF), including practical assessment (6 contact hours)
• Day 3: Infection control (3 hours); micro-teaching, feedback and trainer assessment (3 hours) (6 contact hours)

Approximately 2 hours of trainer-methods preparation and session planning before attendance. This is additional to the subject-qualification classroom contact hours.

PRISM Train the Trainer certificate for the non-regulated trainer-development component, plus the RQF subject qualification(s) listed below, subject to successful assessment.

The trainer-development component is non-regulated. The regulated status applies only to the named RQF subject qualification(s) below.
