Build the confidence to respond when someone collapses. Our half-day Basic Life Support (BLS) course combines clear explanations with hands-on practice, helping learners develop essential adult resuscitation skills in a supportive training environment.

The session focuses on recognising an emergency, getting help and taking effective action while professional assistance is on its way. Practical activities give learners time to ask questions, practise with training equipment and receive feedback.
