PRISM STAR TRAINING

ADHD Awareness

ADHD can affect attention, organisation and emotional regulation in different ways. Build a more informed understanding of these differences and the strengths people bring, helping your team respond with practical adjustments, clearer communication and less reliance on assumptions.

ADHD can affect attention, organisation and emotional regulation in different ways. Build a more informed understanding of these differences and the strengths people bring, helping your team respond with practical adjustments, clearer communication and less reliance on assumptions.

Connect awareness with the everyday situations staff encounter, including changing routines, competing demands and environments that make concentration harder. Reflect on how to listen to individual preferences, recognise barriers and offer consistent support that helps people participate in ways that work for them.
