Accurate allergen information and consistent food handling help protect the people your service supports. Build awareness of food allergens, cross-contact and clear communication, helping staff understand why small assumptions can have serious consequences when preparing, serving or discussing meals.

Explore how information moves between people receiving support, care teams and those preparing food.
