Strengthen your team's understanding of workplace health and safety beyond simply following a checklist. Explore hazards, proportionate controls and responsibilities, helping staff recognise how routine tasks, changing conditions and communication between colleagues influence the safety of the service.

Work through realistic situations to consider why controls are in place and how concerns should be shared. Reflect on the role of clear records, review and consistent team habits, supporting a more thoughtful approach to managing risks and responding when something does not look right.
