Stress can affect concentration, relationships and the way people manage everyday demands. Explore how to recognise pressures and consider practical coping approaches, helping staff build self-awareness and contribute to a more supportive environment for colleagues and people receiving care.

Reflect on the difference between individual strategies and workplace issues that need a wider response. Practical discussion focuses on realistic actions, supportive conversations and routes to assistance, helping teams recognise when pressure is becoming difficult to manage and when further support may be useful.

CARE PROVIDERS, FOR CARE PROVIDERS

Learning connected to everyday practice

Our work in care services reminds us how much thoughtful listening, early recognition of changes and an appropriate response can matter. We bring that perspective to learning about mental health, with a focus on understanding people, supporting conversations and recognising when further help is needed.
